Keith Woerner

Keith Woerner is a Registered Investment Advisor and an Estate planning Attorney. He joined PRIMESolutions Advisors, LLC in 2005, after working with the group for a number of years in his capacity as an estate planning attorney. Keith uses his knowledge and experience in estate planning, tax analysis, retirement and investment planning to work with PRIMESolutions Advisors clients in developing comprehensive solutions to meet their financial objectives.

Keith received his Juris Doctorate from the Duquesne University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University. He holds Series 6, 62, 63 and 65 Securities Licenses and a Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License. Keith is an Investment Advisor Representative with The Investment Center, Inc.
